Terms and Conditions

USE, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION 

Customer shall use the products sold by Easy Mount Cabinet LLC, dba Easy Comply (“Easy Comply”) and through any distributor or retailer in a careful and proper manner.

Customer is responsible for inspection of products received. Customer hereby waives any claim or defense based on deficient quality, nonconformity (i.e., shortage of delivery) or errors in shipment unless Customer notifies Easy Comply of such alleged deficient quality, nonconformity or error within two (2) business days of delivery and holds such products subject to Easy Comply’s inspection. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to inspect and report damaged or lost merchandise to both Easy Comply and the delivering carrier at the time of delivery.

Easy Comply assumes no risk of and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery due to acts of regulations or any government, manufacturing or unforeseen contingencies, acts of God, force majeure, or any cause beyond the control of Easy Comply.

COMPLIANCE

All claims regarding projecting object rules on this website are based upon Easy Comply’s interpretation of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and NFPA-101 Life Safety Code 2018 edition. Easy Comply assumes no risk of and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from other interpretations including those of code enforcement agencies.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product unless the above eligibility requirements are not met.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit a return request in order to receive an RMA number with return instructions.
Easy Comply reserves the right to make changes to designs, or to make additions to, or improvements to its products without incurring any obligations to incorporate or install such design changes, additions or improvements in or on products previously manufactured or sold.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

WARRANTY

Easy Comply warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of 1 (one) year. During the warranty period, any such defects will be repaired or the defective product replaced. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from modification, alteration, misuse, improper installation or maintenance.

All IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIODS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY COMPLY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Easy Comply neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than expressly set forth herein. This warranty gives you specific legal right and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Easy Comply has the discretion to update these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this page periodically and become aware of modifications.
